With the aim of eradicating tuberculosis (TB) from Rajasthan entrepreneurs, business organisations, and industries have decided to work with the state government.Various business organisations took an oath to make the state TB-free at a consultation held in Rajasthan on Friday under the auspices of the health department, the industries department, and the Union Society.

Veenu Gupta, the additional chief secretary for the industries department, claimed that the business community has always worked with the administration. In order to eradicate tuberculosis, corporations must make sure that the TB patients who work for them routinely take their medications. The workers and their family should be informed of this.

Dr. Prithvi Raj, secretary of the health department emphazised the crucial involvement of the community overcoming various diseases.

Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni, mission director of the National Health Mission, remarked, "Let us make a decision that even a person sitting in a far-off village knows that we are standing with him.  (Times of India, Jun 25, 2022)
